Arizona Hail Relief Network

Privacy policy

Last updated October 26, 2026

This policy is written to be read. It covers what the relief application collects, what we do with it and the choices you have.

Who operates this site

This site and the Arizona Hail Relief Network program are run jointly by the participating repair locations listed on the home page, with a shared intake team handling applications on their behalf. Call 480-809-1813 with any question about this policy.

What we collect when you apply

The relief application asks for:

  • Your name, mobile phone number and email address
  • Your ZIP code and which storm date damaged your vehicle
  • Photos or a short video of the damage, if you choose to add them
  • Your license plate or VIN, if you choose to add it
  • Your insurance carrier and, later, claim and adjuster details
  • Your shop preference and how you heard about the program
  • The web address that referred you and any campaign codes in the link (UTM parameters)
  • The date, time, IP address and browser (user agent) recorded when you give text-message consent

How we use it

To contact you about your application, match you with a participating location, schedule your inspection, help with your insurance claim and apply any relief you qualify for. We also use it to run and improve the program and to keep records the program needs.

Who we share it with

Your application and damage photos are shared with the participating location assigned to you so it can inspect and repair your vehicle. We also use service providers to send texts and emails and to host our data; they process your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you consent, we and your assigned participating location may text you about your application. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your application.

Keeping and protecting it

Photos and documents are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. We keep application records as long as needed to operate the program and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

To update or delete your information, or to ask what we hold about you, call 480-809-1813 or reply to any email we send you.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version posted on this page applies.
